The blocking stone of this chamber had fallen and the entry could only be estimated. The floor of the chamber contained a thin clay layer over the natural white marl. Winona … Continue reading Some joined vertebrate lead the excavators to surmise that it may have been a primary burial. A fragment of a clay figurine was found associated with the pile of bones.
